Sun Tech City
Richmond- Initiated, coordinated and managed a group rezoning of 16 individual contiguous parcels of land in the City Centre of Richmond

1195 West Broadway
Vancouver- Managed all development and construction for this multi-tenanted office building
- 41,000 square foot office building located in the Broadway corridor in Vancouver
- Coordinated all tenant improvements and relocations.
College Place
Vancouver- Provided development management services for the new corporate headquarters of the College of Dental Surgeons and College of Pharmacists

Burlington Square
Vancouver- Coordinated tenant improvements for new multi-tenant commercial structure & oversaw rehabilitation and development of new restaurant in heritage building

Residential Projects
For land owners services range from conceptualizing entire neighbourhoods, to rezoning land to its best use & highest value, financial planning, supervising construction and on-site retail sales.
Southcove Neighbourhood
RichmondEcho West was responsible for the development and implementation of strategic, conceptual and financial plans for a 15-acre parcel of land in Steveston, Richmond on behalf of the land owners. Echo West managed the process that resulted in rezoning by the City of Richmond then created a new neighbourhood park, roads and a residential neighbourhood comprised of five saleable multi-family developments. These 5 parcels contained more than 730,000 buildable square feet of residential units which were sold to local developer /builders for a substantial profit for the land owners.

Dover Crossing Neighbourhood
RichmondEcho West was responsible for all aspects of developing 36 acres known as the Dover Crossing Neighbourhood in Richmond. Echo West took the lead to rezone these 36 acres on behalf of their client and the other adjacent land owners. Four waterfront multi-family hi-rise parcels were created out of the land owned by the client. Echo West provided supervision of the neighbourhood infrastructure and managed the sale of all four parcels. These 4 parcels allowed for 660,000 buildable square feet of residential units and were sold to local developer/builders for a substantial profit.
